Our Vision

As a production company, we are thrilled to have secured a small fringe venue, Theatro Technis, 26 Crowndale Road, for our limited run November 2023. While we acknowledge our current limitations, we have big aspirations for the future. With the collaboration of other talented producers on board, we will aim to expand our offerings and enhance the overall theatre-going experience.

Our vision includes implementing the following accessibility features, which are currently not available at this venue:

Captioning: We are committed to providing captioning services for our performances, ensuring that audiences with hearing impairments can fully engage with the play's dialogue and storyline.

BSL Interpretation: Our dedication to inclusivity extends to providing British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation, making our productions accessible to the Deaf community and enriching the cultural experience for all.

Familiarisation Visits: We recognise the importance of creating a welcoming environment for all patrons. Hence, we plan to organise familiarisation visits, allowing individuals with sensory sensitivities to become acquainted with the theatre space before attending the actual performance.

Touch Tours: For visually impaired attendees, we aspire to host touch tours, where they can explore and familiarise themselves with the stage set, props, and costumes, adding depth to their theatre experience.

Audio Description: To ensure that our visually impaired audience members can fully immerse themselves in the production, we aim to provide audio description services, describing the visual elements and actions on stage in between dialogues.

In the future we also hope to partner with venues who can provide the following: Chilled performances to allow for noise and movement in the auditorium, Dementia-friendly performances, Hearing enhancement headsets, Hearing loop systems and Smart Caption glasses.

We are excited about the future possibilities and are determined to work towards creating an inclusive and diverse theatre community. We look forward to collaborating with other passionate producers to make these accessibility features a reality, making our productions enjoyable for an even wider audience. Together, let's embark on a journey to celebrate the magic of theatre with open arms and open hearts.

We want to assure you that our commitment to making theatre accessible to all is unwavering. As we grow and gain experience, we aim to work diligently towards expanding our capabilities and offerings. Our vision for the future includes collaborating with other dedicated producers to incorporate the mentioned accessibility features into our productions.

Our journey is just beginning, and we are eager to evolve and improve as a production company. We appreciate your understanding and support during this stage of our development. Rest assured, we are determined to create a more inclusive and diverse theatre community as we move forward. We eagerly anticipate the time when we can fulfil our vision and make theatre an enjoyable experience for an even broader audience. Thank you for believing in our potential, and we look forward to the day when we can offer these valuable services.
